1. Service Description

Snap It Card is a service that allows individuals and companies to have a physical business card linked to a customizable digital profile, which can be shared via QR, NFC or other technological means.

2. Use of the physical card

The physical Snap It Card:

• It is a means of accessing the digital profile.

• It does not store sensitive personal data on its own.

• It requires an active profile for proper functioning.

Snap It Card will not be responsible for misuse, loss, or physical damage to the card.

3. Responsibility for content

The user is solely responsible for the content published on their digital profile, including personal and professional information, links, and shared files.

4. Plans, payments and validity

Some services are subject to monthly or annual subscription plans. The validity of digital access and associated benefits will depend on the plan selected. The physical card does not guarantee permanent access if the subscription expires.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Snap It Card brand, platform, card design and technological elements are owned by Snap It Card or its licensors.

6. Limitation of liability

Snap It Card does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or compatibility with all devices. In no event will Snap It Card be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or the physical card.

7. Modifications and Termination

Snap It Card reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Service, in whole or in part, as well as accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

8. Applicable legislation

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico (Estados Unidos Mexicanos).
